Proof Reading Wolf

Spending my precious writing time proof reading, for the final time, the Wolf of Old Town before publication.

I have read the manuscripts cover to cover thirty times. Twenty of those I have done so reading aloud. I also employed a professional copy editor to go through the manuscript. Yet even with all this I'm still finding things to change, errors, and places to improve.

Susan my wife has been a great help at this stage. She is reading the manuscript for the first time and picking up a lot of errors. Things that I missed. It's amazing how we can read something 30 times and not see the error.

I will be glad when I can finally put the novel behind me.

Thankfully I don't have deadline. The beauty of self publishing.
